• Will be responsible for building and managing the commercial department (marketing and sales).
• Starting from designing sales team structure,
• Hiring the right calibre and suggesting the commission scheme and sales targets
• Boosting existing sales channels and building new ones
• Training sales team, monitoring and enhancing their performance ---Troubleshooting, and reporting to directly to co-CEO

• Managing the marketing manager and ensuring the 4Ps are aligned with company’s strategy
