Job Description
- Answering the clients’ phone calls and clients’ inquires.
- Transferring phone calls to the concerned department.
- Recording all the phone calls results in details.
- Submitting a detailed daily report about the numbers of calls.
- Calling company competitors in the market to know their price plans and the afforded services to their clients and submitting a detailed report.
- Follow up with the clients during the advertisement campaign period including Fridays and the official holidays.
- Gathering all the phone calls in a report to clarify the number of incoming calls.
Job Requirements
- At least one year experience with the same position.
- Very good in English.
- Computer Skills.
- MS Office.
