Job Description

  • Answering the clients’ phone calls and clients’ inquires.
  • Transferring phone calls to the concerned department.
  • Recording all the phone calls results in details.
  • Submitting a detailed daily report about the numbers of calls.
  • Calling company competitors in the market to know their price plans and the afforded services to their clients and submitting a detailed report.
  • Follow up with the clients during the advertisement campaign period including Fridays and the official holidays.
  • Gathering all the phone calls in a report to clarify the number of incoming calls.

Job Requirements

  • At least one year experience with the same position.
  • Very good in English.
  • Computer Skills.
  • MS Office.
