Job Description
- Scout and identify investors with property consultancy needs.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services.
- Perform and maintain regular following ups with clients.
- Assess potential customers' needs, evaluate business opportunities.
- Meet sales targets and contributing to team targets.
- Convincing prospective clients to handle their sale and agree with the terms.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Outstanding sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English.
- Professional attitude and a team player.
- Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision, and as a part of a team.
- Have a car, (mandatory).
