Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create and scale innovative affiliates initiatives across different segments (Content & Blog, Deal, and Coupon sites, Ad networks, price comparison shopping engines), and specially influencers.
- Identify, recruit and manage associates accounts.
- Identify trends and new technology in mobile, influencer partnerships and customer engagement to help us stay ahead of the curve
- Design structured campaign tests, define success criteria, manage to budgets, and analyze results; find new ways to automate successful initiatives
- Track, measure, and report on channel results, reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs and translating analytical findings into actionable insights and concise business actions and recommendations
- Own business critical cross-channel reporting needs and assist other channel managers in doing analytical deep dives when appropriate
- Communicating performance and status to senior business stakeholders in weekly business reviews
- Developing and owning relationships with internal Marketing teams at Amazon to understand their roadmaps and assess opportunities.
Job Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- +6 years of relevant work experience in marketing, e-commerce and/or a highly quantitative, analytical, and results-driven environments
- Understanding of MENA social media landscape
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Math/Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar field
- Analytical experience including converting raw data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership; High proficiency with Excel
- Experience writing documents, presenting data, speaking in front of senior leadership and all levels of an organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of an organization
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment; ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in SQL and other analytics tools and web traffic reporting
- Experience in Associates/Affiliate and Influencer marketing
- Experience managing large-scale marketing programs
- Competency with HTML and/or XML, plus the ability to learn our in-house analysis tools quickly
