Job Description
- Meet and greet guests at the airport.
- Facilitate arrival and departure process.
- Escort tourists from airport to hotel and vice versa.
- Assist in hotels check in and out procedures.
- Follow up tourists' inbound trips to solve any problems they may face.
- Communicate with tourists to answer queries.
- Monitor and follow up tours operation and coordinates with tour guides and drivers.
- Reiterate itineraries
- Accompany tourists in some excursions and travel as may be needed.
- Follow up and collect the needed documents related to execution on site such as service orders of branches, Traffic Department or Tourism Police reports (as needed).
- Manage payment activities such receivables (from clients) and payable, as needed, for hotels, cruises, tour guides, drivers, other operators, providers).
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
- High proficiency in English, spoken, read and written.
- Fluency in French would be an additional advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem solving and ability to work under stress.
- Good knowledge of he different points of attraction and destinations in Egypt.
- Good computer skills.
- Good public relations skills, friendly and likes helping and dealing with foreign people of different backgrounds.
- Preferable to have experience in the same field.
