Job Description
- Coordinates and plans the administrative functions.
- Overseeing the daily duties of the administrative staff of the area assigned.
- Evaluates existing administrative or operational behaviors, practices and techniques and recommends improvements.
- Coordinates with other departments all current students related tasks and approves any students’ requests or refunds.
- Conducts orientation for new classes and surveys for current classes to evaluate the instructor, environment and any other matters.
- The Administrative Clerk reports to the Senior Administrative Officer and is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services.
- Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that municipal operations are maintained in an effective and efficient manner.
- Performs administrative duties for executive management.
- Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data.
