Job Description
Role Purpose
Especially for Export procedures, the company will expect from him arrangement of LCL-FCL shipments, supporting customs procedures, inspecting the export goods before shipments. This individual needs to be flexible with extending hours and days of work, when necessary, to meet the needs of customers and associates.
Job Duties
- Export shipment arrangements
- Collecting the competitive prices and earliest date of container/Truck shipments from the forwarders
- Inspecting the goods before shipment and report to his manager for final approval to ship
- Samples inspection for visually and ship them to the potential customer which will be the address given to him and arrangement of DHL-TNT-UPS…
- Packing List, Weight List, Proforma inv preparations
- Supporting the import department especially operational
- Traveling to other subsidiaries to organize and inspect the production
