Job Description
- Give extra attention at all times to passengers requiring special attention.
- Guide connecting/transit passengers to the transit desk/lounge.
- Give assistance to terminating passengers.
- Observe safety regulations while aircraft is in transit and passengers are on board.
- Give help to passengers having irregularities without interfering in any possible disputes between passengers and authorities.
- Make the baggage available for passenger claim under controlled conditions.
- Make frequent surveillance by arrival personnel in the claim area to ensure that unclaimed and expedite bags are immediately removed from the claim area for safe storage.
- Collect the Ship Papers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Dispatcher License is a MUST.
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Very good English language.
- Alertness, concentration and attention to details.
- Accuracy and analytical thinking.
