Job Description
- Job Summary:
- Planning, preparing, developing, and delivering high quality training course/s or workshop/s in line with the agreed outline and according to the trainees’ educational needs in a professional and timely manner, taking into account individual learning styles and providing an environment conducive to learning.
- Course timing is Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays from 5 to 8 p.m.
Job Requirements
Essential Requirements;
- Bachelor’s degree with extracurricular studies (Master’s, Diploma, Certificate) in the field of experience
- TOT/TTT certificate
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in developing and delivering training courses in a professional command (mention details in the CV: name of the course/workshop, location/provider, number of hours, and number of trainees)
- Very good English language skills
- Demonstrates ability to use a variety of active and student-centered teaching methods
- Employing kinesthetic, visual, and auditory approaches to create an enjoyable, interactive and positive learning environment
- Use of technology effectively & efficiently
- Demonstrates very good skills in communication, time management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
- Is proactive with the ability to react positively to unexpected circumstances
- Projects appropriate professional image
