Job Description
- Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation and transportation
- Handling work permit for Egyptian employees across Europe, USA, middle east
- Handling expats visits, hotel reservations.
- Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
- Dealing with Legal counsels to find out the procedures of getting complied work permits or Visas.
- Coordinate and follow up with the embassies to expedite the visa / work permit process.
- Identify the company specifications and suggest suitable travel packages or services
- Keep financial statements and documents
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience
- Proven working experience with Visas
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a Plus
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
- Ability to handle crises
- Candidates with personal travel experience will be preferred
