Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible of preparing for and coordinating training programmes, and helps in improving the quality of the training service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing courses’ material for trainees by formatting, printing, and filling the material.
  • Performing basic bookkeeping and manage borrowing books and CDs to instructors and trainees
  • Coordinating venue and training needs setup
  • Conducting evaluation questionnaire and data entering their scores at each programme
  • Making sure that all courses run smoothly and supporting instructors during training programmes whenever needed
  • Receiving trainees’ complaints, reporting and following up with the training team to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction, then archiving the whole complaint with the action/s taken
  • Handling the substitution of instructors in emergency cases
  • Managing trainees’ promotion and demotion cases in Language programmes
  • Performing data entry and scan documents related to instructors, interns, and training
  • Revising final results of each round
  • Developing daily reports of covered topics at children activities’ programmes, when needed
  • Preparing certificates for participants of different programmes, except for public English courses
  • Recruiting and coaching YL class assistants
  • Updating orientation manual of class assistants and interns, and issuing their appreciation certificate
  • Correcting written placement tests and sharing results with the concerned person/s

**Day off: Friday & Monday

**Working hours: 08:45 a.m. - 04:15 p.m.

Job Requirements

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor degree.
  • 0 – 2 years of related experience.
  • Very good verbal & written communication skills
  • Very good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Very good skills in using Microsoft word and excel
  • Can work under stress, accurate, attentive to details, team player, has good communication skills, highly organized, problem solver, multi-tasker, has time management skills, able to plan and prioritize work.
  • El-Shorouk City/Madinaty resident is preferable.
