HR Recruiter

Main Job Duties:

• Design and update job descriptions
• Posting job adds on company’s careers page, social media, etc.
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and recruitment websites such as Wuzzuf ,etc)
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone and in-person)
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
• Participate in job fairs
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
