KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

DESCRIPTION:
- Development of field sales activities to achieve or exceed budget levels of sales and margin.
- Provide industry-leading levels of customer, product and technical support in the areas of Service & Parts country-wide operations.
- Establish and lead a regional team of Service & Aftermarket sales team dedicated to business development.
- Ensure correct levels of staffing and competence to deliver the required levels of customer and product support.
- Identifying potential accounts for CV parts & service business and actively provide business solutions to ensure growth of business from these accounts year on year.
- Building strong relationship with key strategic customers as long-term partners to CV business.
- Constantly monitors other CV agencies, benchmarking against FAMCO and reports back on other market activities.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
- University Graduate/ Diploma or suitable experience within Commercial Vehicle industry.
Minimum Experience:
- 5 years’ management in aftersales (parts and/or service).
Job-Specific Skills:
Communication at all levels, problem-solving, analytical skills, financial awareness, knowledge of Dealer Management Systems, decision-making. In-Depth product knowledge and Technical awareness of Commercial Vehicles.
