Job Description
- Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs.
- Lead and direct Sales Team daily Activities
- Weekly Report To the General Director
- The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.
- Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Total Experience 10+ Years Networks Design and/or installation & IT Products
- Highly recommended to be Certified CCNA and CCTV
- At least 7 Years Pre-Sales & Sales Experience
- At least 7 Years Management /Team Leader Experience
- Firm and Punctual
- Self-Motivated
- Mobility, Ability to travel inside & outside Egypt
- V.Good in English spoken/written
- V.Good in MS Office
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
