Job Description
- Manage all the production lines activities.
- Oversee the development and execution of production schedules
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Review processing schedules and production orders to determine inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
- Set & control the machinery Programming to meet the required production plan.
- Minimize wastage on production line and reporting it to direct manager.
- Optimizing the production quality level by assuring the highest quality standard for the production by the first time.
- Contribute in decision making for producing new models on the production line.
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve production targets for the plant within established budget.
- Coordinate with the Equipment Maintenance Section to ensure production facilities are well-maintained and to minimize down time.
- Coordinate with Engineering regarding the design issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical /Production.
- Experience 0-4 years - fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Alex resident is required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with flexible schedule.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to deal with different ages and mindsets.
- Familiar with industrial engineering (Factories) process and applications.
- The ability to lead a team or to be a part of a team.
- The ability to manage people from different cultures & to help them through their problems.
