Job Description
- Handles and organizes all daily correspondences between related DSS Channel and concerned internal parties to ensure smooth and effective work flow.
- Maintains updated daily and weekly records for customers and sales visits according to the agreed SLA to highlight sales activities and targets progress.
- Act as a focal point of contact with other internal departments (Fraud, Back Office, Consumer Collection...Etc) to secure planned work progress.
- Increase Consumer customers’ base and explore potential business opportunities in line with department’s sales objectives.
- Supports related Consumer channel through closing profitable deals to achieve monthly targets.
- Conducts daily visits to highlight progress in existing and new consumer customers.
- Resolves and minimizes consumer customer’s problems to improve sales performance and realize sales objectives.
Job Requirements
- University Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Computer skills are a must, especially MS Excel and powerpoint.
- Excellent command of Arabic & English languages (Reading, Writing & Oral).
- Requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork spirit.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
