Job Description
- Providing Clients with programs and rates & all alternative packages.
- Arranging all details for carrying on the requested program's services. Following up clients services on land.
- Issuing Invoices for done Services & following up collecting the due invoices.
- Preparing monthly reports for all done files.
- Working with hotels and other transport companies for ground travel, in order to execute the arrangements.
- Drawing up complicated travel itineraries and ensure that all the needs of the customers are met.
- Handling all the travel operation requirements including reserving transportation, excursions, domestic flights, and Nile cruises and hotels accommodation.
- Resolving any problems may occur or customer complaints in addition to following up on account receivables and account payable.
Job Requirements
- Very good English, Excellent communication skills.
- Highly Communication and negotiation skills.
- 5+ Years of experiences.
