Job Description
- Schedule
- Assist in preparing external schedule to client and internal schedule for projects team
- Monitor planned Vs actual for suppliers and subcontractor, report and keep record for delays and justification
- Prepare progress reports (weekly & monthly), plot planned Vs actual, prepare S curve, maintain issue log and project closeout report.
- Budget & Cost
- Review all direct costs on a daily basis.
- Analyze project expenses and compare it to budget.
- Analyze material purchase orders compared to budget as part of the review process for the monthly reports.
- Monitor the status and actual cost for labors, equipment’s, and subcontractors.
- Attend periodic meetings with the projects management team to discuss the issues related to cost report (as a minimum on monthly basis).
- Prepare project cash flow against subcontracts and project milestones, direct project expenses to relevant budget items.
- Monitor project budget (planned Vs actual), prepare and update budget forecasting along project life cycle, ensure the achievement of project billing scheme and no delays in client invoicing, prepare project close out report.
- Handles related special assignments if required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Work experience from 3 to 5 years in MEP projects.
- Knowledge in project management.
- Primavera P6 is a must.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft office especially “Excel”.
- Good at English language.
- Good communication skills.
