Job Description
- Plan &monitor the output (product) to be achieved, in time and on budget.
- Coordinate with the (P.M &H.O.D) the resources planning and staff allocation.
- Use data mining in order to establish the appropriate resources and plan the projects.
- Prepare regular project status updates for Operation Manager.
- Closely cooperate with the project leaders, Business Development and the financial department.
- Plan and oversee the entire program of work.
- Cooperate with the H.O.D s to submit the time schedule in the RFP & Contract.
- Presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams.
- Monitoring progress throughout the execution process and comparing this with the planned schedule of work.
- Providing advice and support on the development of specific systems.
- Provides the supervision, planning, preparation, and implementation of inspection analysis activities related to the execution process.
- Check the project submittals to resemble the planned scope of work.
Job Requirements
Required Computer Skills:
- CAD 2D
- Microsoft Office Package
- MS Project
- Primavera
Required Certificates:
- Graduate of Civil or Architecture Engineering
- Course Certificates & Experience in scheduling, costing and contracts.
- PRMG or PMP, CAPM will be an advantage.
