Maintenance Manager

• Responsible for the maintenance and operation of all agricultural equipment and accessories - generators - pivot devices - cars - motorcycles on the farm and the company for the best efficiency
• Putting the annual plan for purchasing spare parts and maintenance and operation supplies within the limits of the budget
• Responsible for the performance of workers under his administration and the performance of their duties with the highest performance  
• Responsible for maintenance workshops and preparing them to carry out the necessary repairs and maintenance
• Implementing a plan for operating the equipment approved by the farm manager, whether with the company’s equipment or leased, in the interest of work
• Training of employees under his administration to achieve higher performance rates continuously
• Responsible for following up repair and maintenance of equipment outside the company when needed
• Responsible for the safety of the employees under his direction
• Submit daily reports to the farm manager and to the technical office
