Real Estate Senior Sales Consultant is urgently needed for a growing brokerage company working in primary sector.
Job role:
- Handle major developer accounts like Mountain View, Hyde park, Palm Hills .. etc
- Response to daily client requests on CRM and CIL creation
- Follow-up all new offers and updates from key accounts (developers)
- Resolve any conflicts with clients or developer accounts
- Arrange and attend client meetings at developer's office
- Perform daily calls to achieve monthly sales target (leads or cold calls)
- Supervise CRM operation
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate brokerage field (Preferred Primary)
- Awareness of major real estate projects into details
- Previous work on CRM system
