Job Description
- Responsible for handling personnel tasks that require labor law and insurance background such as leaves validation, insurance office interaction, work permit
- Handles all leave approvals and validations in reference to the internal and law regulations
- Handles all insurance activities including representing RCC in front of the Egyptian insurance authority
- Handles External work permits including all governmental activities
- Receives hiring documents from employees and prepares contracts and hiring documents to be signed by eligible employees.
- Includes the social insurance data of contracted employees on HITS
- Updates the social insurance tracking sheet with monthly changes (e.g. Contracted employees, Leavers, forms received and sent to Raya Holding)
- Follows up with the employees who are socially insured by other organizations till they finalize their cases
- Finalizes the resignation or termination processes (e.g. Clearance Form, Experience letter, Medical card, access cards,…etc)
- Answers employees’ inquiries regarding their contracts, renewals, social insurance, medical insurance & mobile lines
- Follows up with the departments regarding the performance of newly hired employees during the probation period (one week prior to the end of the employee’s probation period)
- Access Cards, issuing /deduction according to the policy.
Job Requirements
- Arabic is mandatory.
- Good Command of English.
- Knowledge of Egyptian Labor law.
- Knowledge of Social Insurance policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of HITS usage.
- 2+ Years of Experience.
- Bachelor Degree.
