Job Description
- Prepare and audit export documentation for shipments
- Process commercial invoice documents by validating data integrity and accuracy
- Communicate with appropriate internal/external customers
- Ensure timely processing of export shipments
- Create, assemble and present applicable export documentation required per country specific destination in accordance with export laws and regulations
- Verify sanctioned party screenings prior to release of export documents
- Maintain export files in an organized and cataloged system
- Support cross-functional departments involved in international business transactions
- Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations
- Sales, export documentation costing and export documentation
Job Requirements
- Should carry analytical thinking as he is expected to work with the sales data, The Candidates should have knowledge/experience of International
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written),
- Ability to handle overseas Buyers, Transporters independently,
- Experience in Pre-& Post Export Documentation
