Job Description

  • Planning, development, promotion, administration and implementation of tourism products.
  • Oversee all the entire day-to-day task.
  • Communicating with customers, being able to answer their questions or direct them to other team members who can serve them.

Job Requirements

  • Financial management skills are required and good communication
  • Excellent customer service skills are required
  • Knowledge of relevant destinations, attractions and travel are important
  • Research skills are an asset
  • Knowledge of a second language is an asset
  • Time management skills are an asset
  • Fluent in English, speaking and writing
  • Very good computer skills (Internet, word, excel, etc) - Google drive and its products - Management systems.
  • Problem-solving and ability to work under stress.
  • Providing Clients with programs and rates & all alternative packages.
  • Handling all the travel operation requirements including reserving transportation, excursions, domestic flights, and hotels accommodation.
