Job Description
- Lead and ensure the implementation of value collaboration projects with Modern trade.
- Monitor assigned Modern trade accounts performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed
- Ensure BDA compliance across all parameters: shelf share, plannogram, checkouts (if any), promotional activities and visibility initiatives.
- Customer focus: Conduct regular trade visits in order to understand customers’ needs and highlight opportunities.
- Build positive and mutual relationship with Modern trade teams.
- Deliver volume & value growth targets for Modern trade in line with Operating Plan (OP).
- Ensure accounts Trade spend in line with the plan.
- Coordinate and ensure the execution of all national and account specific activities in Modern trade
Job Requirements
- Qualifications: BA from business administration & Bachelor of Engineering & Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Experience: 2+ years of Sales experience preferably in a reputable Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company
- Skills: Fluent English, Computer Skills and Communication skills
