Job Description
- Answer calls of clients and calls the expected clients to sell them the available units of the projects.
- Inform clients about market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Achieve assigned sales target
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements and participation in multiple listing services.
- Develop content for sales presentations or other materials.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
- Investigate clients' financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales
- Experience in the Real Estate industry IS A MUST
- Effective Selling Skills
- Excellent knowledge with Real Estate consultation
- Very Good Negotiation Skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Customer Oriented
- Result Oriented
- Attention to details
- Good in English
- Good in MS OFFICE
