Job Description
- Act as the key channel between customers and the company in terms of contracting.
- All the After Sales Service with the clients.
- Handle the documentation according to the clients' case, provide guidance and consultancy to the clients and follow up with their colleagues to finalize the requested task.
- Checking the required application documents for the applying process.
- Handling the main email.
- Handling all the contract preparation process
- Conducting necessary training with employees and other branches.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the same field or work in VFS Global or BLS OR Banking sector.
- Excellent spoken & Written English.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Able to deal directly with clients.
- Bachelor degree.
- Computer skills required: good MS office skills.
- Preferable experience in immigration filed or banking filed.
