Job Description

The position reports directly to the SGZ BU Head and will be based in Riyadh and will be responsible to manage MS, RBDs & Onco. Product Specialists & business to execute and to ensure the launch excellence of the new products and to increase the sales performance.

Responsibilities & KPIs:

  • Responsible for achieving sales objectives of Sanofi Genzyme in Saudi Arabia through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
  • Assigning sales territories to Product Specialists on the basis of geographical allocation, ensuring territories right sizing to reach maximum and optimum frequency of visits and calls according to the proper segmentation of target groups.
  • Ensure that all activities are in accordance with the ethical & compliant guide lines of Sanofi.
  • Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with key opinion leaders and contacts with other relevant agents.
  • Provide genuine feedback to others on their performance. Help others identify & prioritize their development objectives.
  • Identify qualified & talented people in the Annual performance management & make accurate evaluations of people’s capabilities & fit.
  • To execute and to ensure the launch excellence of the new products and to keep the focus on the strategic directions of the Sanofi Genzyme especially the enlisting and formulary inclusions in the key and targeted accounts.
  • Collaborate effectively with peers, stake holders & partners across the organizations to positively impact business results.
  • Identify & evaluate growth opportunities to maximize business growth.
  • Local distributors follow-up and Management.
  • Ability to travel at least 40% of his/her time to cover the whole kingdom and remote areas with the team.
  • Geographically mobile within KSA based on business needs and changes.

Job Requirements

CRITERIA:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
  • Minimum of 5 Years Sales Management experience in Hematology and / or Oncology Fields within the Saudi Market.
  • New launches and /or Rare Blood Disorders experience is preferable.
  • Proven success track record.
  • Have a valid driving license and Transferable Iqama.

In addition to the above, the candidate should possess:

  • Strong leadership skills is a must.
  • Excellent communicator, able to present with credibility – with fluency in English.
  • Ability to multi task and handle multiple projects to successfully execute strategies / Plans.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to actively support sales initiatives.
  • Strategic Thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to think “out of the box” and bring innovative solutions.
  • Ability to build network and maintain strong and healthy relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong influence and strike win-win situations with stakeholders.
  • A strong team player & able to work efficiently transversely across different teams/departments.
  • High sense of urgency and accountability with ability to handle complex , critical situations.
  • Change Agile and ability to drive change successfully within the area of influence.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic and hard worker.
  • Able to be relocated to other area as per business requirement.
