Job Description
- Acts as the single point of contact to walk-in potential members/members
- Communicate with online visitors using GS1 online platforms
- Welcomes walk-in potential customers at GS1 office to explain GS1 services, reviews and receives the documents needed
- Log all member data and service calls into Salesforce (CRM GS1 Software)
- Assist members in creating their login credentials on MyGS1
- Onboard members on how to use Different GS1 Platforms
- Responsible for the whole contracting cycle with regards to GS1 ID Keys; from the moment, potential member walks into the office or calls over the phone, presents his/her legal documents, is on-boarded on GS1 services, signs the contract and receives GS1 ID Keys
- Finalizes the contracting process with the needed documents and assures the quality of data.
- Research and implement data changes in data cleansing projects to maintain data accuracy
- Provide support on-site at GS1 events when needed
- Maintains regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance
- Initiate and maintain effective interpersonal relations with members, peers, and staff
- A timely and thorough response to walk-ins, phone calls, email and other requests
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive work environment
- Ensure submission of weekly/biweekly/monthly reports to a manager on time
- Direct walk-in customer’s leads to the related department
Job Requirements
- Experience 1 year + in Customer Service or Call Center
- Excellent level of English spoken and written
- Excellent use of MS Office
- Previous experience using CRM
