Job Description

  • Crowd Analyzer is looking for a Social Media Research Analyst enthusiastic person with admirable research skills. The online environment is fertile ground for diverse research ideas and projects. However, spotting problems, setting methodologies, and choosing the right research and critical points are great efforts.
  • A great match for this position is someone who has exceptional research skills and ability to lead it in both theory and practice. As a business company, we are not only interested in theoretical research but how can it be applied and useful for companies and organizations. So, it is not only about answering questions, but asking the questions that its answer will make an impact.
  • To apply, you need to have a proven skill in research. You have to be able to organize your time and express ideas into well-written research documents. In this position, you will lead and conduct research projects which require you to have a strategic mindset. The candidate should have an overall experience in marketing and business.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and move blank ideas to a documented research starting from communicating with research stakeholders to set objectives to delivering the research findings.
  • Execute and deliver impactful quantitative or qualitative research with primary or secondary data.
  • Analyze and work on data accuracy and relevancy to establish solid qualitative and quantitative reports.
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights that will have an effect and impact on people, businesses, or organizations.
  • Communicate, align, and organize the projects with product, marketing, or business departments.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1+ year of experience in a research field.
  • Understanding of quantitative, qualitative, primary, and secondary research.
  • A record of translating data into actionable insights quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • Data interpretation tools like Excel including pivot tables.
  • Familiar with and a user of Social Media including websites or networks.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills. (TOEFL is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
  • Social media monitoring skill is a plus.
  • Marketing skill is a plus.
