Job Description

  • Has the ability to Build a strong business relationship with the internal client.
  • Prepare the annual staff cost budget for the business unit and monitor the budget , By partnering with business leaders, proactively dealing with challenges on the part of human resources.
  • Provide supervision of job description while maintaining all job descriptions of the company modern, standardized and multiple.
  • Analyze human resources reports and dashboards to determine causes of unfortunate loss, cost
  • Perform and lead any leadership
  • Works closely with management and staff to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention Provide training to direct managers on topics of personnel management and talent development, and work as personal advisers to department heads.
  • Provide training and development initiatives to employees.
  • Train departmental managers to solve complex employee relationship problems.
  • Review and review workforce plans, anticipate turnover and open new stores.
  • Conduct interviews, final selection tests and evaluations to recruit the best available candidates.
  • Interview and evaluate selected candidates in the region.
  • Review payroll changes before sending them to the central team to reflect payroll, including time schedules, overtime records, incentives, absences etc.
  • Oversee specialist staff to ensure attendance and management of all government-related audits to achieve best results.
  • Ensure that all HR processes are conducted in a consistent manner.
  • Ensure that the staffing plan is met by employing the right amount of talent.
  • Ensure the quality of services provided by the HR team.
  • Ensure retention of existing staff.
  • Support staff and defend their affairs in investigations.
