- Calling customer through phone to sell the medical discount card.
- Answering customer questions about the services.
- Asking customers to know their need and sell our value.
- Up selling with customers who just buy the card.
- Guide customers to try for free offer if refusing buying now and follow up through whats app.
- Updating customers data base after call action.
- Collecting data through data channel
