Job responsibilities include the below:
- Organizing meetings and appointments and taking minutes of meeting;
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Liaising with staff, and clients
- Miscellaneous tasks to support CEO
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent English (Verbal & written)
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office.
- 2-5 Years of experience
- Male or female
- Great communication, analytical, Planning and organizing skills
