Job Description
Heroleads is looking for a HeroAgent that will be responsible for:
- Appointment Setting
- Book & Sell to prospects and on behalf of clients on the phone and/or WhatsApp
- Call out the incoming leads daily
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Adjust sales scripts to target the need and interests of specific individuals better
- Use and follow scripts to provide information about the service's/product's features, prices and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent discovery questions to understand customer's needs and requirements
- Remind booked customers of their appointment one day prior
- Gather after visit feedback within 24, a maximum of 48 hours of the appointment date
- Reschedule appointment in case of (Customer requested, No Show)
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how the product or services meet their needs.
- Keep accurate, detailed records in our systems and sheets
- Be the HERO by delivering excellent customer experience and provide satisfactory solutions designed to de-escalate
- Gather feedback about booked appointments by coordination with the client's point of contact
- Send daily updates to the client (WhatsApp and/or e-mails)
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ Experience in Call Center
- A good understanding of KPIs and conversion rates
- Good written and verbal communication is required together with good interpersonal skills
- A brief understanding of marketing
- Must have an outbound sales experience working towards a target
- Positive, Humble and leading by example attitude
- Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken & written)
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Team Player
- “Hero Attitude” & strong work ethics
