Role: IT Helpdesk Engineer

Job Description:
- Installing and configuring network printer
- Managing network shares
- Supporting desktop operating systems - Windows 10
- Providing Help Desk support for business users
- Configuring and managing Access Points and Wireless networks
- Installing and managing Windows Server operating systems - Server 2016, 2012 and 2008
Job Requirements
Must Have:
- Knowledge in using Office 365 Services
Good To Have:
- Managing Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS)
- Managing network services - DHCP, DNS, RAS, WSUS
- Basic knowledge in Hyper-V, Firewall, Routers and Switches
