Job Description
- Prepares the Company’s accounting policies and procedures ensuring compliance with the Egyptian Accounting Standards, and ensures the accounting cycle fully complies with it.
- Generate accurate monthly income and cash flow statements.
- Collaborates with External auditors, providing them will all needed documents and books in a timely manner.
- Consolidates all intercompany accounts and reconciles bank transaction regularly producing accurate accounting reports quarterly, semi-annually and annually.
- Ensures proper and accurate recording of company accruals and prepares a report to the Finance Director for corrective action.
- Maintain efficient and fully compliant tax filings and prepares tax provision reports based on the Company policy and submits it to next steps.
- Conducts performance appraisal sessions with their subordinates and ensures that development plans and training needs are executed timely.
- Assists the Corporate Finance team with the budget preparation and financial forecasts.
- Manages all payments in accordance with approved budget, as well as advice on cost control.
- Manages company cash-flow by regularly reviewing internal reports and tracking transactions as well as advising on means to enhance the cash-flow management process.
- Leads a team of accountants to drive business and financial results as defined by senior management through delegating tasks, coaching and developing direct reports
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
- Perform month-end accounting activities
- Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.
- Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for top management.
- Support and follow up the legal cases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position
- Males only.
- Alexandria resident is a MUST.
- CMA preferred.
- Very good accounting software user and managerial skills.
- Very good interpersonal, communication & leadership skills.
- Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details.
