Job Rules & Responsibilities
· Responsible about requirements gathering, analysis, validation and verification
· Ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable
· Adopt Business and System Analysis industry best practices
· Lead requirements gathering and review workshops for small & medium SW development projects
· Document process using Business Process Model and Notation
· Create systems prototypes
· Manage system requirements and testing plans via corporate TFS
· Review systems requirement documentation
· Participate effectively in creating test cases
· Run manual test cases and follow-up bugs in TFS
· Preparing end-user documentation and conducting end-user training
· Identify UI, Functional and Performance Requirements/Bugs
Job Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent degree
- Minimum 4 Years’ Experience as Business Analyst in SW Projects
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Excellent in English language speaking, writing and listening
- Strong analysis and troubleshooting
- Able to work under pressure and under a lot of priorities and many of the tasks to be delivered at specific times
- Good experience in e-Transformation and Process Automation projects
- Experience in web portal and Mobile Apps technologies is required
