Job Description
- Measure the quality of products using a per-defined set of criteria.
- Ability to implement specifications carefully .
- Conduct work plan with both internal and external Laboratory .
- Responsible of verifying production processes that they are according to standards
- Adjust the production process quality
- Record information on products which do not match with standards.
- Liaise with engineers and others involved in production in order to create plans to improve product quality
- Involve in determining the quality standards which a product must meet
- Preparing quality control reports& Required analysis to Quality Director .
- Inspect the supplied materials to factory to ensure quality and conformity with approved material ,
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
- Report and compile statistical quality data to quality Director
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Responsible for document management systems
- Assure compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements .
- Supervise GMP activities on site .
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in quality career.
- Bachelor degree in science / Agriculture food technology /Chemical engineering .
- industrial background is a must, Preferred in frozen food processing field .
- Very good computer skills
- Very good in English language .
- Analytical thinking and decision making.
- ISO awareness, 9001 2015( At Least) / Basics of ISO 22000 :2018
- Good communication Skills
- Planning and organizing.
