Job Description
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video..etc)
- Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date.
- Collaborate with other departments (guest relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
- Follow up the online orders and make the outbound calls when needed
- Respond, transfer and follow up the online complains/requests
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications.
Job Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English and Arabic (written & spoken)
- Sales skills is a plus
- Experience is copywriting is preferable.
- Good in handling situations
