Job Description

  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video..etc)
  • Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date.
  • Collaborate with other departments (guest relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
  • Follow up the online orders and make the outbound calls when needed
  • Respond, transfer and follow up the online complains/requests
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications.

Job Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent English and Arabic (written & spoken)
  • Sales skills is a plus
  • Experience is copywriting is preferable.
  • Good in handling situations
