- Reviews and approves designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by the team members.
- Manages and delegates responsibilities to other designers and provide directions.
- Generates clear ideas and concepts.
- Trains, assigns, schedules, and coaches the team members.
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and In Design.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- A proven track record of delivering great creative concepts is a must.
- +5 years of relevant experience in digital graphic designing.
- Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Agency experience is a must.
- Experience in photography and UI/UX is a plus.
