- Handling Daily Operations of the Human Resources department (Recruitment, Personnel, Conflict Management and Organization Development).
- Coordination of the new hires.
- Responsible for on-boarding programs
- Responsible for HR Department ISO Forms Update.
- Responsible for Keeping Employees' Database up to date.
- Handling Monthly Performance Appraisal.
- Recommend, Organize, and handle new Training Programs according Performance Appraisal.
- Creating new policies and keeping policies up-to-date.
- Updating Organization Chart.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any related field.
- HR Studies is a must.
- From 3-5 Years Proven experience as an HR Specialist/Generalist.
- Work location: (80% in Smouha Head Office ; 20% in Borg el Arab Factory)
