Job Description
- Production Supervisor and Section Head are needed.
- Manage all the production lines activities.
- Oversee the development and execution of production schedules
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Review processing schedules and production orders to determine inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints
- Set & control the machinery Programming to meet the required production plan.
- Minimize wastage on production line and reporting it to direct manager.
- Optimizing the production quality level by assuring the highest quality standard for the production by the first time.
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve production targets for the plant within established budget.
- Coordinate with the Equipment Maintenance Section to ensure production facilities are well-maintained and to minimize down time.
- Control manpower and keep moral.
- Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
- Ensure that the workplace is monitored and is fully in compliance with all applicable H.S.E standards, rules and regulations to maintain safety in manufacturing facilities.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in electrical engineering
- +7 years of production experience
- Strong organizational , managerial skills, and ISO quality standards
- Factory Located in 6 of October
