About the Job - Responsibilities
- Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications to maintain professional image
- Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain contact lists and call clients
- Act as the point of contact for external clients
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

- Develop and maintain a filing system

- Bachelor Degree.
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 Years of Experience in Administration.
- Knowledge of office management systems
- Very Good in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Very Good time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Location of factory in 6 of October and preferred who lives within the same area.
