About the Job - Responsibilities

  • Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications to maintain professional image
  • Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
  • Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Maintain contact lists and call clients
  • Act as the point of contact for external clients
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 Years of Experience in Administration.
  • Knowledge of office management systems
  • Very Good in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Very Good time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Location of factory in 6 of October and preferred who lives within the same area.
