Job Description
- Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and escalating problems to vendor
- Support and monitor Firewalls.Support Routers and Switches for the data center.Documenting processes and procedures.Supporting Servers
- Assisting IT department in any needed areas
Job Requirements
- Enterprise level-client server application support
- Windows, LDAP, O365, Active Directory, Exchange, lSharePoint, VMware, Hyper-V ,Citrix, firewalls, Lan/Wan, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of Kaspersky Antivirus Server
- Experience and working knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Aruba and related networking devices.
- Experience with network administration skills including security, back-up and recovery, and capacity planning.
- Has broad-based, in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience implementing network switches and router
- knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) like Citrix XenMobile and Vmware AirWatch
- Familiarity with network monitoring systems such as SolarWinds.
- Windows Server OS Administration Experience – Intermediate level
- Linux Redhat Experience – Intermediate level
- Firewall Fortinet and Juniper Experience
- knowledge of Nutanix HCI.
- knowledge of Citrix NetScaler.
- AWS knowledge (VPC, ELB, EC2, S3, RDS)
- Cisco, VMWare, Microsoft certifications and appropriate professional certifications preferred.
