Job Description

We are a well known wedding & lifestyle magazine, with an excellent distribution and strong readership. Our clients include a range of high profile international, national and local brand names.

We currently require Event Sales Executive to sell booths and sponsorship packages in our wedding event.

He/she will be responsible for

  • Selling booth spaces to new customers and existing key accounts.
  • Makes appointments to meet and Present information and rates of the event to potential clients.
  • Negotiating and presenting activation solutions to potential clients.
  • Developing relationships with client into long standing partnerships.
  • Obtain and study information about clients'' products, needs, problems, advertising history, to offer effective presentations and appropriate product assistance.
  • Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts.

Job Requirements

Applicants will need to demonstrate the following:

  • A desire to succeed and progress in a challenging sales environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Effective communication and client presentation skills.
  • High level of selling skills Highly self-motivated Passionate about customer service. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a pro-active, dynamic and constructive team player who has demonstrated the ability to work successfully.
  • He/she should have minimum 1 year experience of selling advertising in magazines or Prior experience within a sales environment, preferably from a event sales background.
