Job Description
Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Documenting financial transactions in the journal, ledger, other financial statements.
- Substantiating financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Preparing payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Supports in preparing the end-of-year and the interim financial statements.
- providing the needed data for any financial reports requested by the management
Contracting:
- Monitors and reviews contract and agreement documents
- Oversees the processing of contract documents to ensure that management understands and authorizes contract terms.
- Oversees & Reviews the operations and activities of contract performance.
- Review & Negotiate terms and conditions.
- Negotiate and agree variation contracts.
- Identify and clarify justification for claims and back charges.
- Ensure concerned departments are kept informed of all such claims and charges.
Job Requirements
- Own a Car
- Good command of English
- Proven 2+ years working experience in related job.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to direct and supervise
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
