Job Description
We are expanding and a Project Coordinator is urgently needed to join our team, who will work independently on special projects according to agreed timelines and special requests.
Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
- Plan for the project and deliveries.
- Meet with the project team, ensuring that each team member understands their responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
- Consult the clients marketing wise through all the phases of the project.
- Hand over project results, draw up final project report.
- Analyze and process the project experience.
- Monitoring project progress and performance.
Work_Location: Dokki, Giza.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- BSc in Business Administration or related field.
- From 1 to 2 years’ experience as a project coordinator.
- Excellent Command of English Language.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
