Job Description
- Preparing and follow Purchase Orders.
- Manage Stocks and reordering process.
- Finding New Suppliers.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure competitiveness and achieve/exceed margin target.
- Ensure timely delivery as per the company buying plan.
- Ensure safe, correct and formal invoices for all POs.
- Prepare to follow up Report for Orders and report them on monthly basis.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in the home furnishing, with at least 1 years’ experience in the buying function for an organization with significant sized operations.
- Good command of speaking and writing of English.
- Good understanding of the buying/sourcing of home furnishings
- Understanding of market dynamics and ability to make good decisions.
- Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data.
- Excellent knowledge of Ms. Office and Internet navigation.
