Job Description
- Supervising all daily Accounts transactions in compliance with and adherence to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and accounting and financial policies and procedures.
- Administering the Accounts activities and ensuring that all related transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Resolving any accounting inconsistencies upon balances or reconciliations, and refer to the Accounting Manager in the abnormal cases
- Supervising and contributing to the preparation of relevant Accounts reports including Intercompany reconciliations on daily, monthly, quarterly and on an annual basis, and ensuring they are prepared accurately and in a timely manner
- Executing verification procedure on all Accounts Payable, Receivable, cost center, Grants financial reports and transactions
- Interacting with external auditors and participating in period end audit by providing documents and materials as required.
- Full Knowledge of internal audit and reporting rules especially in accounting.
- Supervising and Review cost centers for grants and others.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's of Business, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- Good in English writing, reading and speaking.
- 5+ years of experience in the field of accounting.
- Very good command of MS. Office Applications, especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Good problem analysis, assessment and communication skills.
- Judgment, problem-solving
- GP User (Preferred)
