Job Description
- Manage the full process of Export/ Import docs, contracts, payments & customs formalities
- Manage Export/ Import lineups, berthing updates
- Sending nominations to agents & stevedores
- Managing domestic deliveries, warehouse & stock management
- Dealing closely with plant & Port logistics team to be aware of stock positions
- Handling and editing contracts and shipping documents
- Ensure timely and correct execution of solving problems that may occur during trade execution
- Supervising and monitoring process for timely contractual notices to various stakeholders
- Monitoring document issuance process to be accurate and in time as per contractual obligations/requirements
Work conditions:
- Company based in Fifth settlement
- Working hours: From 9:00 am to 5:00 PM (Fridays and Saturdays are off)
Job Requirements
- Maximum ageimit: 35
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience same field or related one
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent command of English language
- Meet demanding deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Team Player
- Ability to travel inside Egypt when and If needed
- Capability to work under high pressure with a positive attitude
